Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri dixit is a well-known Indian actress who is best known for the films Beta Saajan and Hum Aapke Hain Koun. Her career began in the 1980s and came into prominence thanks to her character in the film Tezaab in which she appeared with the veteran actor Anil Kapoor. In the following film, she was a part of Aamir on Dil. Her birthplace was in the Mumbai middle-class family, and started dancing when she was a child. When she was in her early years as she began to perform as an actor, the majority of films she created did not succeed. She eventually became one of the most famous actresses in Indian films. Following her wedding, she took a break from her acting career until she returned. In recent times, she was in a prominent role in Gulaab Gang. The film was about struggles faced by women across India. Dixit won 8 Filmfare Awards out of the fifteen nominations she received. Padma Shri is the fourth highest civilian honour in India. She has also been recognized for her efforts in the social sector.
